Welcome to William Spring's (WS) personal web site giving a political/ethical/ & theological perspective on world events, particularly in Europe including information on CANA activities (Christians Against Nato Aggression) & the situation in Yugoslavia (FRY), the New World Order, NATO & the EU + pro family pro life pro legal reform & pro social policy revision issues ('the exclu') . This comprises what appears to be a variety of unrelated topics & phenomena; but none of these issues are unrelated & they have a common theme/hypothesis/explanation. Beneath the veneer of constitutionalism Great Britain (GB or UK) is developing into a proto-fascist security state. New Labour, as represented by Mr & Mrs Blair & their great chum Lord Chancellor (Minister of Justice) & wall paper expert/secret briefer/ legal aid reductionist/web site suppressor/ scottish cabinet wife seducer/legal consumer asset stripper/civil appeal & jury abolitionist/access to justice denier, the convivial "you have twenty minutes" Derry Irvine are 'men without chests' ( to quote CS Lewis in The Abolition of Man), however well intentioned their sincerity is not enough - we perceive them in their muddle-headeness, their effective immunity from democratic or legal scrutiny, as enemies of truth, humanity & human rights, & peace & concord, public morality, & also foes to every Englishman & woman's fundamental freedoms. Fascism is a destructive attitude of mind & a totalitarian system, contemptuous of law & disrespectful of human life: to quote Trotsky, the authentic voice of fascism, "we must put an end once & for all to the papist-Quaker babble about the sanctity of human life." In this sense we discern a pattern of tyranny & indifference to the value of human life & legal processes; whether exemplified in Blair's endorsement of the bombing of a television station in Belgrade, or passenger trains on the track to Lescovac, or in EU-BBC censorship of the genocide of the Roma & Serbian people in Kosovo & the destruction of their shrines & monuments & Europe's cultural & artistic inheritance by NATO surrogate forces: to the illusion of human rights reform so sedulously cultivated by the passing into law of The Human Rights Act 1998. The realities are the mechanisms of a security state, becoming ever more stringent & sophisticated both in UK & throughout the EU. Mail to: cana@cana.worldonline.co.uk

BLAIRITE FASCISM ONE STEP NEARER:

Statement from CANA (Christians Against Nato Aggression);

UK GOVERNMENT LICENSED TO SET UP DEATH SQUADS

The CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) has announced that there will be no action taken to apprehend or prosecute the officer involved in the murder of Mr Harry Stanley, shot dead for carrying a chair leg down the road in Hackney.

William Spring has written a letter to The Daily Mail: text follows
To the Editor Daily Mail London

Date: 6th December 2000 one page by fax

From: William Spring (Director: CANA)

Dear Sir,

That the CPS isn't going to prosecute the policemen responsible for killing Mr Harry Stanley (DM Dec 5th) means in effect that the CPS has granted a license of immunity to the executive to send out death squads.

If Mr Stanley had been black or asian then his murder would have created a political fire storm: as it is we the indigenous sit down deferentially accepting whatever maltreatment the authorities choose to dispense.

As for the CPS statement justifying their inaction: "it is an established principle of English law that when a man honestly believes he is facing an immediate risk of suffering serious injury, even if that belief is mistaken, he is entitled to use force....", they should tell that to Tony Martin.

Yours sincerely,

William Spring
